Hyatt Regency Chandigarh

Brilliant place to stay between the airport and city centre. A place you can go and hide and relax - perfect after a long flight. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice, staff are attentive and the hotel is clean and very well equipped. It’s a big hotel that manages to feel comfortable and relaxed which is not always an easy task in large hotels especially in communal areas. We never felt rushed or crowded.

I'd been staying in hyatt since years now ,No doubt they have best staff very caring from reception to out on receiving ,I love that man with big moustache mahesh old movie style , rest all good surrounding and being Elante mall behind property is a big plus

Location was perfect to explore Shimla, Chandigarh, Patiala and Ludhiana. There was a good selection and variety of food at both breakfast and buffet dinner. Dining using their menu was also very good. The Elante mall next door had all the brand outlets yoy would expect with a food hall and restaurants that cater for your every need. It’s a great stop of whether going to tha capital Delhi or further north to Amritsar and the hill stations. Hotel cares for family’s and couples.

Staff were brilliant & the star of the show, they were so welcoming and friendly Room was excellent with nice view of the mall Breakfast was really nice If like cricket then they are the home of the punjab kings & we actually meet some of the players around the hotel

Hotel standard was exceptional. Staff and service were of the highest quality. Everyone was very hospitable. Kudrat Sethi was very welcoming during check-in and took care of all our requests. Ramesh / Sourabh / Anshuman and many more during breakfast were always willing to help. Breakfast was a good spread. Aanushri at the Exec lounge was very nice and took care of our every needs. All in all the hotel staff were excellent from the security / valet / bell boys etc. many names i do not remember.
